Process alerts in a timely and effective manner (triggered for sport players);
Segment users, according to procedures;
Process internal and external team requests;
Respond to requests from other departments in a special communication channel;
Process additional research tasks;
Analyse made decisions in the past and fix mistakes;
Report anomalies timely (in terms of players, games, bonus companies) or problems to a manager;
Find new methods for detecting fraud users;
Cover Low and Medium user risk cases.
Risk management experience in the fintech niche is an advantage;
Ability to work shifts (including evening and night);
Flexible analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinking is a great advantage;
Excellent numerical and Excel skills;
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
High level of communication and collaboration skills;
Able to work both independently and within a team;
Diligence, responsibility and reliability.
