Attentive, a leader in AI-driven conversational commerce, is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic FP&A to join our innovative team. Reporting to the VP FP&A, you will be a key player in shaping our financial strategy and driving growth.

    • Lead with Impact: Transform the FP&A function into a center of analytical excellence, leveraging your analytical skills and strategic insights to influence decision-making.

    • Foster Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue growth, improve profitability, and optimize operational efficiency. Your recommendations will guide our roadmap to success.
    • Drive Innovative Analysis: Use your creative problem-solving abilities to conduct ad-hoc analyses that empower informed decision-making.
    • Engage at the Board Level: Prepare materials for our Board of Directors, showcasing our financial strengths and contributing to our strategic vision.

About you

    • Experience Matters: You bring 10+ years of experience from investment banking, venture capital, or FP&A in high-growth software/SaaS environments. Experience in go-to-market (GTM) and revenue operations is a strong plus!
    • Financial Expertise: You have a robust understanding of economic concepts, financial modeling, pricing strategies, P&L mechanics, and GTM benchmarks. Your ability to translate complex business ideas into actionable financial frameworks sets you apart.
    • Analytical Powerhouse: Your analytical skills are complemented by creativity. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential, and experience with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or Looker is a valuable asset.
    • Management Experience: You have a proven track record of building high-performing teams in remote environments.
    • Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with senior executives within our inclusive culture.
    • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics provides a solid foundation for your strategic acumen.
    • Humility and Humor: You thrive under pressure with a good sense of humor and humility, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

For US based applicants:
- The standard base salary range for this position is $200,000 - 300,000 annually.
- This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
