Job Description

The Key Account Manager will be the primary contact for existing customers, fostering relationships and driving commercial growth. Responsibilities include identifying customer potential, expanding business relationships, presenting the immo-office product remotely or in person, developing sales strategies with the team, and maintaining customer and sales data in the CRM system. The role involves strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success.

immo-portal-services GmbH supports companies in the housing and real estate industry with the innovative immo-office
solution for the digitalization of processes. immo-office is a software that digitally maps the core processes of the industry
and can be integrated into all leading ERP and archiving systems. The web solution is supplemented by the immo-office app
for iOS and Android. Founded in 2009, the company currently employs 21 people in Hamburg and Magdeburg. Since 2023, we
have been part of the Banyan Software Group family along with many other software companies.
 
Job Description
- you are the first point of contact for our existing customers - from daily dialogue to strategic
development of the relationship and growth of commercials
- you recognise customer potential and expand existing business relationships
- you present our immo-office product wherever it is needed - remotely, in person or at events
- you develop sales strategies together with your team
- you maintain customer and sales data in a structured manner in our CRM system
 
You bring these qualities to the team:
- Passion for customer service, advice and long-term relationships
- Experience in key account management or existing customer development - ideally in the field of software or digital solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and counselling skills (German)
- High customer orientation and enjoy helping to shape the success of your customers
- Affinity for digital solutions and strong technical understanding
- Initiative, team spirit and a structured and independent way of working
