Job Description

The HRC Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for supporting customer education, sales, distribution partners, and remediation requests for Philips ventilators and disposables in their assigned geography.

Your role:

  • Drives clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues.
  • Clinical, sales and technical expert for the Philips Hospital Respiratory Care (HRC) portfolio including ventilation and respiratory supplies; Deep knowledge of the clinical and technical characteristics of HRC and competitive solutions.
  • Identify and execute a focused HRC business strategy to drive customer mindshare and market share.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive business results.
  • Analyze customer data to develop an individual strategy for key customers and influential accounts.
  • Collaborate with distribution partner on education, messaging, and training. 
  • Own how the Customer experiences Philips; Responsible for supporting customers in assigned geography and national assignments.

You're the right fit if:

  • RRT with 5+ years of experience in Respiratory Care (Critical Care Required) and clinical education, preferred; Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent discipline required
  • Must have knowledge of the clinical environments within a hospital, specifically in Respiratory Care, Nursing and Biomed Departments
  • Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Zoom and SalesForce.com
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Travel is required (estimated travel is 50%)
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $164,500 to $189,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Richmond or DC .
