Job Overview:
DRT is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to drive company growth. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter eager to contribute to a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a full sales cycle environment.
Affinity towards the dance industry or performing arts industry.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
High level of self-motivation, accountability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
