The Learning & Development Intern will provide logistical and administrative support for internal training sessions and programs. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, sending reminders, maintaining training records, assisting with uploading training materials, and supporting internal communication. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate learning operations, working with learning technology platforms, and observing how L&D supports business growth. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills. The intern should be available for a 3-month internship, with at least 24 hours per week, ideally on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The internship provides an opportunity to learn about HR, learning, and organizational development.

Must have:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication skills (English and Chinese)
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern to support the team with critical administrative and coordination tasks for 3 months. This role will be vital in ensuring continuity and a smooth learner experience across our ongoing learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and administrative support for internal training sessions and programs
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar invites, and session reminders
- Maintain training records and attendance tracking via our Learning Management System
- Assist with uploading and formatting training and e-learning materials
- Support internal communication (e.g., drafting reminder emails, preparing slide decks)
- Provide general support to the L&D team as needed during the coverage period

We are looking for a candidate who can commit 3 months internship and at least 24 hour per week(ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension if needed)
