Als mittelständisches Unternehmen gehören wir zur Wabtec-Gruppe, die mit ihrer innovativen Technik für Schienenfahrzeuge im Fracht- und Transitbereich zu den weltweiten Markführern in den Segmenten Rail Friction, HVAC und Pantographs zählt. An unserem Standort in der Nähe von Leipzig entwickeln wir individuelle Lösungen auf dem Gebiet der Klima-, Heizungs- und Kältetechnik für die Hersteller von Schienenfahrzeugen, als auch deren Betreiber im In- und Ausland.
Im Rahmen des Zusatzbedarfs ist die folgende Stelle an unserem Standort zu besetzen:
Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
Sie sind verantwortlich für….
- Befundung, Wartung, Reparatur und Überholungen / Umbauten von Klimakomponenten und ganzen Klimakompackanlagen von Zügen in der Industriewerkstatt der SFU
- Sicheres Umgehen mit Flamme bei Hartlöten an Kleinrohrsystemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Schlossertätigkeiten an Kleinrohrsystemen
- Eigener Verantwortung für einen kontinuierlichen Projektablauf
- Auftragsbezogenes und kundengerechtes Arbeiten
- Montage von Geräten aus Einzelteilen gemäß Stücklisten und Zeichnungen
- Eigenständige Lieferkontrolle und Meldung bei Verzögerungen
- Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Stundenaufwendungen für Revisionen / Wartungen / Reparaturen
- Einhalten und proaktives Verbessern des Arbeitsschutzes
- Mitarbeit in Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
Sie arbeiten in einer Dauerfrühschicht: Montag - Donnerstag von 06.00 - 14.30 Uhr und freitags von 06.00 - 12.30 Uhr
Sie bringen mit…
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Kältetechniker, Schlosser, Mechatroniker aller Art (m/w/d),
- Selbständiges Lesen & Verstehen von technischen Dokumenten
- Eigenständige, termintreue und qualitätsgerechte Arbeitsweise
