We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Animator to join our creative team and help bring our projects to life through captivating animations.

Position Overview:

As a 3D Animator at Ares Studio, you will play a pivotal role in the animation process by creating visually stunning and engaging animations for a variety of projects. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you will use your artistic and technical skills to develop high-quality animations that align with the vision and goals of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D animations for various projects, including but not limited to [list of project types, e.g., a video games,OR Mobile Games..
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and visual style.
• Interpret storyboards, concept art, and other visual references to bring characters, objects, and environments to life.
• Rig and animate characters, objects, and special effects to achieve realistic movement and emotion.
• Ensure animations adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Iterate and refine animations based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance animation quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative discussions to enhance project concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Animator, showcasing a strong portfolio of animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, character movement, and storytelling.
• Strong artistic and visual skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in the animation process.
• Experience with rigging, character animation, lip-syncing, and physics simulations.
• Familiarity with motion capture technology is a plus.
• Experience as a Gaming Animator.
