<New Graduate Hiring> Hardware Engineer

• Review and qualify the designed/repeated order handler KIT for buyoff.
• Well communication skill with global hardware team/supplier for KIT/related hardware design rule and discussion.
• Well versed in the invertor software for the hardware design(AUTO-CAD, inventor).
• KIT overall management for new order/repair requirement to fulfill the production demand.
• Define the SOP for KIT IQC, PM for sustaining and issue prevention.
• Co-work with equipment, test engineer, socket, and technician team for contact related issue improvement.
• Test tool/hardware measurement, like LB/KIT/socket stacked heigh for record.
• Improve the test yield, the jamming rate, the quality risk.

 Job Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation and other related field.
• Within 2 years of experience in related fields
• Experience in hardware design software like AutoCAD, Inventor
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
• Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and usersSelf-motivated, and willing to learn
