Job Description
Garena seeks a People Strategy specialist with 3-6 years of HR experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving HR initiatives. You'll partner with senior management and teams across the region to implement local HR programs and initiatives. Experience in consulting is a plus.

Job Description
- 與高階主管及全區團隊合作，推動全區 HR 專案的本地執行 (如人員發展、組織架構、績效或晉升管理、核心價值等)。
- 主動了解台灣辦公室業務方向，進行本地人事政策、制度、流程、活動的外部研究、發想、優化及執行 (HR 全領域)。
- 引導及推動主管及員工學習適應新的人事制度或活動。
- 與 HRBP 緊密合作，推動各式 HR 專案，促進人才發展、員工投入及參與。
Job Requirements
- 大學及以上學歷。 擁有人力資源管理、商業管理或相關領域學位者佳。
- 3 - 6 年 full-function HR 經驗，至少 3 年人力資源實務或政策設計的經驗。有顧問公司工作經驗者優先。
- 足智多謀，注重結果，具有批判性思維、實踐執行力和解決問題的傑出能力。
- 注重細節，數據驅動，熱衷於在快節奏環境中處理高挑戰性的問題。
- 高度親和力及團隊合作能力，能夠與各利益相關者建立牢固的工作關係。
- 良好的中英文溝通能力(聽說讀寫)。
- 精通 Microsoft office 等文書工具。
- 遊戲玩家或對遊戲有熱情者優先。
