Responsibilities

Procurement and sourcing:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
Negotiation and contracting:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best value.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
Supplier management:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers.
- Regular on-site visits and audits of key suppliers.
Inventory and cost control:
- Optimize procurement costs through strategic sourcing and efficient purchasing and work hand in hand with supply chain managers to monitor inventory levels.
Compliance and documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., production, project management, logistics, and quality assurance) to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with finance and department head for budget alignment and payment processes.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and German.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
