This role involves supporting project management for key compliance initiatives, continuously improving compliance processes and tools based on business needs, and building compliance influence through business development and training. Must Have

• Support project management for key compliance team businesses.

2. Continuously improve compliance processes and system tools based on iegg business needs, optimizing key aspects;

3. Build compliance influence, including business accumulation and promotion, and curriculum system development.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business management, finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields, and proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages is preferred;

2. 3+ years of relevant work experience, passion for games, experience in the gaming industry preferred, and experience in internet product compliance is a plus;

3. Excellent stress resistance, communication and coordination skills, and execution ability, capable of driving process implementation and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
