Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor for its service center in Seikagaku, Nagoya. This role involves managing all aspects of parts operations, including ordering from the headquarters, receiving, stocking, organizing, packaging, and shipping parts. Responsibilities also include creating parts estimates, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, managing inventory using a specialized system, ensuring parts quality and managing warranty returns. The ideal candidate will possess automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with automotive dealer parts management systems and English email correspondence is a plus. The position may require occasional travel.

What You’ll Do世界で最も先進的な自動車ブランドの1つであるTeslaでは、パーツアドバイザー職を募集しています。本ポジションはお客様とのやり取りが発生するケースもあるため、基本的な自動車や自動車部品に知見をお持ちの方が理想的です。マネージャーからの指示のもと必要に応じて出張が発生する場合もあります。
- サービス工場における、部品業務全般
- 本国へ部品発注、受け取り、棚入れ、整理、梱包、出荷 • 部品見積もり依頼対応
- お客様との電話対応、メール対応、接客
- システムを使っての入出庫管理
- 部品の品質管理、保証部品返送及びレポート作成
- 部品の在庫管理及び、在庫調整業務
- 需要解析、発注ボリューム予測及び調整
- その他、状況に応じたサービス関連業務サポート
- 自動車ディーラー、メーカー等での部品業務経験者
- 自動車整備、部品、特殊工具などに関する知識がある方
- 自動車に関する基本知識がある方
- MSオフィス等の基本的なPCスキル
- チームワークをもって働ける方
- 問題点に対する対策を前向きに対応できる方
- 柔軟な考えをもってスピーディーに働ける方
- 自動車ディーラー部品管理システムの経験があれば尚可
- 英語でのメール対応が出来れば尚可
