Job Description

The People Experience Specialist will focus on enhancing the contractor journey within N-iX. Key responsibilities include developing a people journey framework through gap analyses and stakeholder collaboration; gathering and analyzing contractor feedback to identify trends and suggest solutions; monitoring market best practices; participating in internal reward program creation; maintaining internal documentation; and supporting various people experience projects. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in driving large-scale welfare activities and reward programs in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills are essential, along with Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Job Details

N-iX is a software development service company that helps businesses across the globe develop successful software products. Join our HR Marketing Team, which is ranked as one of the TOP-15 best marketing teams in Ukraine according to Ukrainian Advertising Coalition research.   As People Experience Specialist you will work on developing and improving contractor journey across the company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a people journey framework by conducting gap analyses, working closely with stakeholder and proposing actions to improve pain points
  • Gather contractors' feedback, analyze data, compile results and share insights, trends, potential risks with relevant teams, and suggest solutions proactively.
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to suggest improvements to people's journeys. 
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of the company's internal reward programs. 
  • Create and maintain relevant internal documentation and communications at Confluence.
  • Support various people experience projects and initiatives focuses on people experience together with internal stakeholders across the company;
  • Regularly monitoring the success criteria;

Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):

  • Has at least 3 years of experience working at similar positions driving large-scale welfare activities and reward programs in a fast-moving dynamic environment 
  • Knowledge of fundamentals about the people's experience journey in global companies
  • Result-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Ability to analyze information and processes and draw accurate conclusions
  • Creative mindset
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
