Job Summary
Job Description
The AI Project PMO at Smilegate Entertainment will manage AI projects related to game IP development and global cultural content creation. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, budgets, contracts, and risks; coordinating between business units and technical PMs; monitoring for issues and addressing VOC; improving workflow processes; and developing and delivering internal training on new AI services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in AI project or game business management, proficiency with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence), and a strong understanding of AI technology and the gaming industry.
Must have:
- 3+ years AI project or game business management experience
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- AI technology and game business understanding
Good to have:
- Experience writing AI technical proposals
- Experience using collaboration tools for project management and visualization

자격요건
- AI 프로젝트 또는 게임 사업 관리 유관 경력 3년 이상이신 분
- 협업툴(JIRA, Confluence 등) 사용에 능숙하신 분
- AI 또는 IT 유관 전공자
필요역량
- 프로젝트 관리 방법론 및 품질 관리에 대한 이해
- 프로세스 문서화 및 표준화 경험
- AI 기술 및 게임 사업에 대한 이해 기반의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량
우대사항
- AI 기술 제안서를 작성해 보신 분
- 협업툴(JIRA, Confluence 등)을 활용한 업무 관리 및 시각화 경험이 있으신 분
