Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a seasoned Development Manager to spearhead the discovery and management of overseas outsourcing partners. This crucial role involves overseeing the development and management of game IPs and cultural content intended for a global audience. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing external development teams, facilitating seamless communication between internal and external teams, meticulous contract and budget management, conducting market research and trend analysis. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, native-level English proficiency, and a deep understanding of game development processes. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential. The position requires international travel. Additional language skills (Chinese) and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence are highly advantageous.
