This is a mid-level to senior role ideal for someone with hands-on experience owning enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations and collaborating with engineering, product management, and operational stakeholders.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize backlogs and manage the lifecycle of enhancements, customizations, and integrations across Atlassian tools.
  • Help drive proofs of concept on new tools, plug-ins, and integrations.
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support and empower both internal teams and end-users in getting the most out of the Atlassian suite.
  • Drive training, onboarding, and change management initiatives.
