Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, advertisements, website banners, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Visual Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of visual content strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow for future projects.
Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from the marketing team and stakeholders to refine designs and continuously improve the visual impact of our marketing materials.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
Requirements:
A degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Visual Arts.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or gaming environment.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices.
Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and industry standards.
