As a Development Lead at Maliyo, you will be responsible for all aspects of the internal tech bootcamp training program for game developers, including facilitating the cohort during all stages. You will also identify new trends in the marketplace and adapt learning material to meet business needs, identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers, develop overall and individual training and development plans based on strategic goals, deploy a wide variety of training methods, create and manage training schedules, market training opportunities to employees and serve as an advisor regarding training progress and opportunities, conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, provide opportunities for ongoing development, and be responsible for Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance and recordkeeping. You will also resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary, monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI, including periodic reporting, manage the training budget, maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices, recommend training materials or methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
