As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the game developer learning experience through an on- and off-platform community. You will also be responsible for building a long-term strategy for instructional programming and identifying opportunities to ensure high-quality programming. You will work to grow the community by increasing participation and reach, drive retention by ensuring engagement and community involvement, and demonstrate the impact on retention and advancement by collecting feedback and reporting on learning community activity and trends. You will also interact with product managers, play instructors, and curriculum developers to oversee new community-building initiatives.
