As an HR Manager at Maliyo, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations. You will be a key player in ensuring that our company culture is strong and that our employees are engaged and satisfied. Responsibilities include: processing staff changes, conducting new employee orientation, managing leaves of absence, facilitating worker’s compensation claims, advising employees and managers on HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and conducting research on employment law.
