The Azure Managed HSM (Hardware Security Modules) team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer Manager to help us achieve our vision. Our team is dedicated to creating groundbreaking technologies that empower customers to protect their most valuable assets using some of Azure's most secure hardware infrastructure. With Azure Confidential Computing technologies, customers have complete control over key access and management policies. We are looking for an experienced software engineering manager to lead a team of engineers developing security features and services for the Azure platform around Hardware Key Management. The candidate should be an independent self-driven and hands-on manager with a proven track record running high scale services with a Livesite-first mindset, experience leading successful teams with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across the company, a passion for driving engineering cultures, and an excellent track record managing and growing/coaching engineers.
