Position Overview: Contract-to-Hire (3 Months)
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team initially on a 3-month contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative, strong interpersonal skills, and solid ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues, partners, and other content producers
- Able to perform efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure high-quality of work with strong attention to detail and under limited supervision
- Bachelor’s degree is required, major in journalism, communications, or a relevant field is a plus
- At least one year of experience in film, media, or relevant industry
- Authorized to work in the United States
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with brands, ensuring their needs are met. Promptly address any concerns from brands. Execute professional communication across various channels such as email, phone, and in-person interactions with office visitors.
- Budget Management: Create, oversee, and manage the project's financial resources and expenditures.
- Team Assembly: Recruit and hire key personnel, including directors, writers, actors, and crew members.
- Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all phases are completed on time.
- Resource Allocation: Secure and manage necessary resources, including equipment, locations, and materials.
- Creative Oversight: Bridge communication between client and Creative Director, along with other creative team members to shape the project's vision.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, freelancers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed and manage expectations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and solve issues that arise during production, from creative conflicts to logistical challenges.
- Quality Control: Review and approve various elements of the production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the production adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations for rights, talent agreements, and other necessary contracts.
- Post-production Supervision: Oversee production, editing, sound mixing, visual effects, and other post-production processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to investors or studio executives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies.
