We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Technology Intelligence (TI) Platform team, focusing on data insights, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy for a cutting-edge platform.
As an intern, you will support use case research, analyze customer needs, define product enhancements, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making, technology intelligence, and solving complex business challenges through product innovation, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Support Product Strategy & Roadmap – Assist in defining product requirements for data aggregation, analytics, and correlation features.
- Market & Customer Research – Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze platform usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics to drive insights for product enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to develop and refine features.
- Demos, Documentation & Communication – Help create PRFAQs, user stories, demos, and feature documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
- Pilot & Early Access Program Support – Engage with early adopters to gather feedback and validate new capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
Understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and software development.
Interest in data analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
