Product Management Intern, Community and Moderation

You are responsible for a product that requires you to both improve existing and develop new fan experiences related to Community and moderation.This Product Management intern will report to the Director of Product. We are considering remote and hybrid working options.
You will report to the Director of Product. This is a full-time and paid internship for Summer 2025. We have leaned into a remote culture and you will be remote.
We want you to help us make the best Community and Moderation products in the industry. Our mission is to build user-centric solutions led by empathy for user need.
Responsibilities
- You will communicate product vision, roadmaps, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- You will define and experiment with proof of concepts to validate hypotheses and define and track measurable success criteria and metrics
- You will oversee product development by leading cross-functional teams
- You will gather player and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform product roadmap prioritization
Qualifications
- Have 1+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Are comfortable managing products from ideation through development to execution
- Familiar with jaas, confluence, and Agile terminology
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.HOURLY PAY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $24 - $38 USD Hourly • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $24 - $38 USD Hourly
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $24 - $38 USD Hourly
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $21 - $25 USD Hourly
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $24 - $33 USD Hourly
The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
