Job Description
The Production Officer is responsible for planning and managing production timelines, addressing production-related issues, managing workflow and resources, ensuring quality assurance, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining production data. They should also be familiar with the SAP system and its application in production processes. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to coordinate with teams and work under pressure. The role involves coordinating workers, motivating teams, and problem-solving to address production challenges. Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a leading position in the development and production of systems and products.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or chemical engineering.
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or operation management.
- Good command of English.

- Production Scheduling: Plan and manage production timelines to meet targets and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Address any production-related issues, such as delays, defects, or material shortages.
- Manage Workflow & Resources: Ensure smooth operations by coordinating with different departments (e.g., Quality control. warehouse, procurement).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct checks to verify that products meet company and regulatory standards
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the production area
- Production SAP system performing
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and performance metrics.
Your expertise - Our strength
