QA Team Lead

Description

As a QA Team Lead, you will be working with agile teams, implementing new features, improving and keeping QA processes. You will be responsible for motivating teams, growing talent through effective mentoring, handling day to day activities and production challenges.

We are looking for a Team Leader with great collaboration and communication skills, with a strong technical background in software development and quality assurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Ability to apply QA processes, techniques and methodologies;
• Recruit, mentor and challenge a team of Manual QA engineers;
• Review test case documentation;
• Be a part of product development in each phase;
• Working in cross-functional Scrum teams (Client and Backend developers, Tech Artists, PM/DM, PO, TechOps, Support) in different locations;
• Closely work with QA Group Manager, Tech Leads, Product Managers
• Communication with other teams and departments on daily basis;
• Leading release activities.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA professional (5+years);
• 3+ years of leadership experience (3+ people);
• Experience in Scrum/ Agile methodology, working as a part of Scrum Team;
• Good understanding of feature development workflow;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience in task estimation;
• Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies;
• Experience in mobile testing;
• Experience in working with logs;
• Experience in writing test documentation, creating test plans, planning regression testing scope;
• Experience with different types of testing;
• Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;
• Proficiency in English
