The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Commercial & Industrial (C&I) revenue and servicing partners and end-customers. They will establish plans to expand the regional C&I business, including go-to-market strategies. This includes identifying, converting, and serving C&I installers in the Central Region, developing and executing go-to-market plans, collaborating with residential teams, creating forecasts, and partnering with marketing and training teams. The role requires a strong blend of business, technical, and leadership skills to drive sustainable growth in the solar energy sector. The position is a remote, home office position.
