Job Description

The Remote Operations Coordinator at Warner Bros. Discovery supports the Sports Remote Operations department. Responsibilities include booking travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for technical crews, processing expenses, managing production materials, and collaborating with vendors. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience in TV production and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) are essential. Familiarity with Concur and Ariba is a plus. The position involves working nights, weekends, and holidays, and occasional travel may be required.

Must have:

3-5 years TV Production experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to manage tight deadlines

Your New Role...

The Remote Operations Coordinator will assist with day to day functions of the Sports Remote Operations department. Duties include but not limited to booking logistics for our technical crew such as flights, hotel, ground transportation, expense processing, and preparation of production materials for distribution.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Book travel logistics for technical crew sports productions
Work closely with vendors on logistic requests
Process monthly Corporate Meeting Card
Communicate the status of various production materials
Assist the Remote Operations Manager with tent pole events
Meet deadlines for various items; sometimes tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience...

3-5 years of experience in TV Production
Computer literacy in Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience in Concur and Ariba is a plus
Strong communication skills
Highly detailed orienanted
Strong problem solving skills
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Travel as needed
This is an Atlanta, GA based position
