Sales BackOffice (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Professionelle Bearbeitung von Verkaufsangeboten mit präziser Dateneingabe ins System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur effizienten Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Sorgfältige Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundenakten und Vertriebsdatenbanken
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Verkaufsberichte und Datenanalysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung überzeugender Verkaufspräsentationen und -vorschläge
- Koordination mit dem Supply Chain Management bezüglich Bestellstatus und Lieferplänen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Prozesse
- Aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Administration eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise mit Konzernstruktur
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (besonders Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverständnis
- Belastbarkeit und Ruhe auch in herausfordernden Situationen
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit proaktiver Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise Erfahrung in internationaler Zusammenarbeit
