As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.
What you’ll do:
Leadership & Talent Management: Coach and guide your team to success, ensuring they’re motivated and aligned with our core values.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster deep, effective relationships with key customers, and ensure sales pipeline management
Analysis & Industry Insight: Understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and leverage market intelligence to boost our revenue and market share.
Team & Company Performance: Collaborate across functions, share ideas, and continuously improve the Aristocrat Way of Working.
Experience: Extensive experience in a Sales role
Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships quickly.
Industry Knowledge: Gaming industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
Commercial Awareness: Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a strong commercial understanding.
Problem Solver: Advanced problem-solving abilities and familiarity with BI tools.
Adaptable: Embrace and capitalise on change with ease.
