The project is an ongoing initiative to digitalise front-to-back Client Onboarding and Lifecycle workflows for a Tier-1 investment bank covering all segments and geographies. The workflow tool is Flowable, which has deep integration (Java) to the bank's core systems. So key skills are Flowable for workflows and Front end and Java for integration. The duration is open as it's an ongoing initiative to improve digitalisation. The objective is to reduce manual work, incorporate where possible AI, and integrate additional back-end capabilities for doc generation, data storage, etc.
Analyse the requirements, business needs and develop business process models based on that
Define main business workflows
Model business processes using Flowable engine
Automate business processes using Flowable tool (BPMN, CMMN, DMN)
Support users during UAT
Must have
5+ years experience in IT
Background/experience in investment banking area
Hands-on experience with Flowable (or other workflow tool/engine)
Strong level of BPMN 2.0
CMMN, DMN basics
Basic understanding of JavaScript/Groovy, or any other scripting language
Problem-solving on a high level
Nice to have
MSc in computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar
Background in the finance field and wealth management or client-onboarding field
Requirements elicitation and analysis skills
