As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Patterned Learning AI, you will report to the Lead Full Stack Developer and Senior Product Manager. You will design and implement the architecture of eCommerce web applications, lead product/feature launches, develop and maintain back-end logic, database interactions, and API integrations. You'll test and debug applications, collaborate with various teams, research new solutions, and communicate technical topics effectively. This role requires significant experience with Shopify headless eCommerce, including Shopify Remix and API, and building upon their existing Shopify Plus instance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for development and creating tools to enhance team efficiency within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Must have:
- 5+ years development experience

Senior Full Stack Developer

THE ROLE: SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER
LMNT is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will report to the Lead Full Stack Developer and our Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for development serving the purpose of delivering a world class customer experience. Working in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment, this person will help level up the Patterned Learning AI tech stack from its foundation as a Shopify Plus instance, to a customized website focused on new website features,Patterned Learning AI product launches, and the customer journey. This person has deep technical expertise with eCommerce platforms, a hunger to learn, and loves to create tools enabling teammates to work effectively on a small, agile team.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Design and implement the overall architecture of eCommerce web applications
Lead the development of product/feature launches and technical initiatives
Develop and maintain the back-end logic, database interactions, and API integrations
Test and debug applications at all levels of the stack
Collaborate with designers, product managers, vendors, and other team members to deliver functional and user-friendly products
Communicate complex technical topics across teams of varied technical backgrounds
Research, organize, and propose new solutions, technologies, methods, and optimization opportunities
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of development experience, with substantial focus on Shopify headless eCommerce.
High-level proficiency in:
Shopify Remix and Shopify API (THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANY CANDIDATE)
Ruby on Rails (middleware)
React.js and Node.js
TypeScript
Tailwind CSS
PostgreSQL
Strong experience with:
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Builder.io integration and development
Third-party logistics (3PL) integrations
RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Version control systems (Git)
Unit and integration testing
Nice to haves:
BigQuery or other data warehouse solutions
Microservices architecture
CI/CD pipelines
Performance optimization and monitoring
Retail infrastructure, such as EDI, IMS, ERP, and routing
ElasticSearch or similar search technologies
Redis or other caching solutions
Docker and container orchestration
A/B testing implementations
