Within Advisory, PwC has a large teamthat focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
 

Responsibilities:
    Front-End Developer
•    Hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
•    Experience with version control systems such as Git.
•    Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
•    Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
•    Experience with open-source tools and technologies.
•    Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
•    Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) is good to have.
•    Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines and practices.
•    Familiarity with web accessibility standards.
•    Mobile development technologies like React Native, Cordova is good to have.
Back End Developer 
•    Hands on experience Proficient in one or more open-source programming languages such as Node.js or Java.
•    Object oriented analysis and design using standard design patterns.
•    Excellent knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL / Oracle), PL/SQL and ORM technologies (JPA/Hibernate) will be an added advantage.
•    Strong experience with open-source databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
•    Experience in developing web applications using web framework (JSF/ Struts / Spring MVC)
•    Experience with version control systems such as Git.
•    Experience in message Queues like Kakfa , RabbitMQ
•    Experience in the Spring and Spring Boot Framework
•    Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
•    Experience in API development (SOAP and REST)
•    Exposure to Microservices
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
•    Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), VCS (Git/SVN) and build (Gradle/Maven) systems    
•    Exposure to NoSQL database will be a plus
•    Exposure to Reactive architectures
•    Knowledge in Apache and Tomcat 
•    Working experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
•    Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects.
•    Familiarity with open-source software licensing and community best practices.
