Job Description

As a Senior Integrated Designer, you will be responsible for executing creative designs across multiple channels and platforms. You will translate business insights into engaging designs that meet campaign needs while adhering to brand guidelines. You'll also need to ensure work is delivered on time and communicate visual designs and concepts. A working knowledge of designing across devices demonstrating along with knowledge of OOH formats both print & digital. Staying familiar with digital/online trends and new technologies is needed for this role. Experience with client liaison is also necessary.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of agency experience
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent typographical skills
  • Ability to contribute across the whole design process
  • Ambitious, pro-active and naturally curious
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written
  • Communicating visual designs, concepts and storyboards
  • Produce html5 animated web banners
  • Produce creative motion graphics and video editing work
  • Produce dynamic emails
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and oral English
Good to have:
  • Experience working with Alcohol brands

Role: Senior Integrated Designer 

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra 

About the role: 

You will have an excellent understanding of how to execute and deliver creative designs across multiple channels and platforms. You will be responsible for translating business insights into creative and engaging designs that reflect the campaign's needs.  

You will possess a high attention to detail. As well as ensuring that the creative is of a consistently high standard, while adhering to brand guidelines. You will take personal responsibility for time management to ensure that work is delivered within agreed timescales. As briefs will be delivered directly from the client, experience of client liaison is needed.  

A working knowledge of designing across devices demonstrating along with knowledge of OOH formats both print & digital. Staying familiar with digital/online trends and new technologies is needed for this role. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 7+ years of agency experience  
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite  
  • Demonstrating excellent typographical skills  
  • Evidence, in the form of a portfolio, of your ability to contribute across the whole design process, from briefing through to delivery.  
  • Ambitious, pro-active and naturally curious with a desire to discuss and share ideas.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written, and the ability to present, support and provide written rationales for your work.  
  • Communicating visual designs, concepts and storyboards  
  • Produce html5 animated web banners in Adobe Animate or GWD  
  • Produce creative motion graphics and video editing work  
  • Produce dynamic emails   
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail necessary with multiple projects across different departments  
  • Ideally have experience working with Alcohol brands or other regulated industries  
  • Fluent in written and oral English
