Responsibilities include participating in game character and gameplay design, monitoring user feedback and iterations, analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, and providing product experience optimization solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of game planning experience, a deep understanding of 2D culture and mainstream 2D games, and strong communication and execution skills. They will work with the development team to implement and deliver product gameplay/content planning strategies and improvement plans, aligning with overall game operation goals. Experience in 2D product development planning is preferred.
