Job Description

A Senior 2D Character Concept Artist is needed for a global AAA action game. Responsibilities include designing and detailing characters in a realistic Western style, creating concept art for the game's world, using AI art tools, ensuring high-quality output, monitoring in-game implementation, collaborating with external artists, and maintaining quality control. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, excellent artistic skills, a passion for character design, and proficiency in Photoshop and SAI. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, and the capacity to collaborate within a team.

Must have:

3+ years experience in character design
Proficient in PS, SAI
Realistic Western style character design
World-building concept design
AI art tools proficiency
High-quality output & collaboration

Responsibilities:

1.欧美写实3A风格角色的设计/细化；

2.世界观相关角色概念设计；

3.熟练运用AI绘图工具；

4.负责项目高品质角色原画输出表现；

5.负责跟进版本内实现的效果；

6.负责协同外部画师跟进工作，把控品质。

Requirements:

1.角色设计从业经历3年以上，有成熟的角色设计作品；

2.具备丰富的想象力及清晰表达能力；

3.具备良好的艺术修养及美术基础，对角色造型、服装设计有良好的把控力；

4.热爱角色设计工作，责任心强,勤恳踏实,工作充满激情,勇于接受挑战,能承受一定的工作压力，能适应项目推进速度,团队内的融洽沟通，高效率地完成任务；

5.熟练运用PS,SAI等绘图软件。
