Ninja Van seeks a Specialist, Key Account Management to manage key client KPIs, implement logistics and system optimization projects, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in third-party logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or client management.

1、管理和监控重点客户KPI表现,主动发现异常,及时合理发起会议和各相关方沟通并针对问题找出有效措施,让问题有效改善。
2、根据客户要求,发起物流及系统优化方案项目和联调各部门分工配合,解释优化目的和收益,让项目成员理解,明确优化项目时间线,并确保优化按项目计划落地及有效达成,及时和客户复盘和汇报进程;
3、通过解决运营期间产生物流或系统异常问题,建立和不断完善与重点客户合作的标准流程SOP,减少内部标准和客户需求的差异化,确保服务标准减少不必要赔偿;
4、结合跨境物流、跨境电商的市场发展,和重点客户业务趋势,有效预测/预判货量及业务量增减或风险评估,及时同步内部业务变动提前做好应对方案;
5、在KPI制定/需求承接前期,通过分析历史数据,结合成本卖价,工作量等多维度考虑,作出决定和提供分析结果。当需求因客观因素受影响,技巧性地和重点客户解释并安抚客户接受。
6、通过不断沟通和达成重点客户需求项目来提高客户粘性和满意度,以维持和提高业务体量

任职要求

    • 物流管理、国际贸易或相关专业,大专以上学历优先;
    • 具备3年以上第三方物流、跨境电商物流或电商客户运营或项目管理经验优先;
    • 熟练运用办公软件,有G-suite操作、扎实的英语基础(听说读写流利,可作为工作语言)API对接经验者优先;
    • 乐观开朗,积极主动,有责任心,具备较强的抗压与应变能力及解决问题的能力;
    • 具备较强的应变能力.协调能力和沟通能力,能独立处理紧急问题,和具备同时处理多个问题的能力;
    • 具备良好的沟通与表达能力,协调内外部沟通;
    • 具有一定数据整合与分析能力,具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验;
    •  有较强的自驱力,能接受适当的出差和紧急会议;
