Ninja Van seeks a Specialist, Key Account Management to manage key client KPIs, implement logistics and system optimization projects, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in third-party logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or client management.

1、管理和监控重点客户KPI表现，主动发现异常，及时合理发起会议和各相关方沟通并针对问题找出有效措施，让问题有效改善。
2、根据客户要求，发起物流及系统优化方案项目和联调各部门分工配合，解释优化目的和收益，让项目成员理解，明确优化项目时间线，并确保优化按项目计划落地及有效达成，及时和客户复盘和汇报进程；
3、通过解决运营期间产生物流或系统异常问题，建立和不断完善与重点客户合作的标准流程SOP，减少内部标准和客户需求的差异化，确保服务标准减少不必要赔偿；
4、结合跨境物流、跨境电商的市场发展，和重点客户业务趋势，有效预测/预判货量及业务量增减或风险评估，及时同步内部业务变动提前做好应对方案；
5、在KPI制定/需求承接前期，通过分析历史数据，结合成本卖价，工作量等多维度考虑，作出决定和提供分析结果。当需求因客观因素受影响，技巧性地和重点客户解释并安抚客户接受。
6、通过不断沟通和达成重点客户需求项目来提高客户粘性和满意度，以维持和提高业务体量
任职要求
- 物流管理、国际贸易或相关专业，大专以上学历优先；
- 具备3年以上第三方物流、跨境电商物流或电商客户运营或项目管理经验优先；
- 熟练运用办公软件，有G-suite操作、扎实的英语基础（听说读写流利，可作为工作语言）API对接经验者优先；
- 乐观开朗，积极主动，有责任心，具备较强的抗压与应变能力及解决问题的能力；
- 具备较强的应变能力.协调能力和沟通能力,能独立处理紧急问题，和具备同时处理多个问题的能力；
- 具备良好的沟通与表达能力，协调内外部沟通；
- 具有一定数据整合与分析能力，具备一定客户洽谈能力或经验；
- 有较强的自驱力，能接受适当的出差和紧急会议;
