Job Description

A versatile role with development potential in an international environment is sought – a personality with strong communication skills and initial experience in sales or account management, ideally in the trade or FMCG sector, is needed. Goliath is a Dutch, globally active, and family-run toy company that has been successfully represented in the international market with its product range for years. The product portfolio marketed in Germany includes not only game classics such as Triominos®, Sequence® or Schweine Schwarte® but also the well-known Nexcube™, as well as plush figures from Animagic, and "Jelly Blox". The responsibilities include independent customer responsibility in close coordination with the Country Manager Germany/Austria, support in the care and further development of key accounts, participation in the creation of sales strategies and forecasts, independent organization and execution of customer appointments, representation of the company at trade fairs and industry events, support in acquiring new business partners and market observation, communication with customers, partners and the worldwide Goliath branches, and support in daily business, administrative and organizational activities.

Aufgabenprofil

· Eigenständige Übernahme von Kundenverantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Country Manager Germany/Austria

· Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Key-Accounts

· Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsstrategien und Forecasts

· Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenterminen

· Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Branchenevents

· Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner und der Marktbeobachtung

· Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und den weltweiten Goliath-Niederlassungen

· Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
