Role: Operations Manager 

Location: India (Remote working until further notice)

 

About the role: 

In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful and effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective.    

You will be providing technology services. You will take briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements.  

This role is a combination of strong project management, operational experience, and digital experience.   

Responsibilities will include supporting our onsite and offsite teams with all their operational requirements involved in setting up this digital workflow. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Promote and optimize processes within the brand to enhance efficiency across the account. 
  • Take the lead in operational planning, development, and execution of internal campaigns and activities at the market level. 
  • Provide assistance with commercial and financial planning, along with administrative tasks for the market senior leadership team. 
  • Assist the team and Resource Manager in managing resource requests and team time allocation. 
  • Manage relationships with agency partners, facilitating their setup, financial matters, management, and monitoring. 
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new starters, offering training in operational procedures. 
  • Organize and manage cross-departmental meetings for the evaluation and approval of new processes. 
  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports to assess team members’ utilization within assigned client accounts. 
  • Become an advocate and proficient user of OMG, our proprietary project planning software. 
  • Occasionally assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding for new roles. 
  • Provide support for general internal team inquiries. 
  • Assist with billing and management fees as needed. 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role 
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management 
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting 
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles 
  • Leadership ability 
  • Outstanding organisational skills
