This position is in the Supply Chain IT Organization, which creates competitive advantage for the businesses by reengineering and integrating end-to-end order management and supply chain systems by implementing industry best IT solutions on the S/4 HANA Platform.
As a senior member of this global IT team, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment, working across multiple time zones. You will lead design development, contribute technical and business knowledge expertise and implement integrated IT/business solutions focused primarily around the SAP suite of applications. Effectively work across organizations to drive appropriate business/IT solutions; view alternatives from an end-to-end Finance & supply chain perspective and understand the broader implications of technical and business related choices. Work in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Lead and participate in program/projects and contribute to the design, development and implementation of IT solutions related to Finance and Supply Chain.
Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy on Finance processes and standards
You will be required to analyze the business requirements and configure Supply Chain SAP systems to meet the overall design
Work with Supply Chain IT architects to ensure that functional design meets the overall architecture for the solution
Lead and participate in project architecture reviews to ensure the design meets the overall program/project requirements
Lead and participate on Global initiatives to develop Finance processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards across all platforms
Lead and actively participate in Supply Chain team activities including information validation and facilitation of team decision making process
Work without day-to-day supervision and handles most unique situations.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the SAP S/4 HANA components.
High level of configuration experience in FI/CO.
Expert in the Product Costing.
Proven knowledge of ABAP programming with 1-3 years programming experience, Workflow.
Good knowledge of project management methodologies.
Fluent in English, written and oral.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
Excellent in analyzing business requirements and translating into IT design.
Experience in development life cycle (including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation),
release management and quality management process.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Desired:
Experience in business operations and process engineering
SAP Certification on FI/CO
SAP experience in the Product Costing.
