You'll work with our Executive Leadership and Strategy teams to help set GameChanger's strategic direction by supporting their data needs. You're excellent at giving the TL;DR of complex analyses and problems, but able to share the data details when needed. This is a highly visible and impactful role. This will be a hybrid role based in our New York office and you will report to the Senior Manager, Data and Analytics.
Develop advanced data analytics tools, reports, and dashboards to support executive decision-making and strategic planning
Quickly provide accurate data for executive level presentations, meetings, and ad hoc musings, and occasionally presenting at executive level meetings
Synthesize and share key analyses from across the company to the Executive and Strategy teams
Perform deeper dives analyses to inform our long-term strategy
Quarterback strategic data work with Embedded Analysts and our Analytics Engineers
Be the expert on understanding how GameChanger data co-mingles and augments our parent company's (Dick's Sporting Goods) data
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
2+ years or experience working with Executive leaders
Located in the Tri-State area or able to commute to the NYC office 2-3 days a week
Experience in subscription analytics in a B2B and B2C SaaS subscription-based environment
Expert in SQL and working with relational databases (window functions, CTEs)
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and data narrative, such as Looker or Tableau
Experience with Python or R
Enjoy working in an exciting and evolving environment
Experience with engineering development processes (Git, code review, version control)
Experience with statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques
Proficient in our current data tech stack: Snowflake, Hex, Snowplow, dbt, Statsig, Looker, Kubit
Mobile app analytics experience
Prior finance experience

The target salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $170,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
