What We’re Looking For:
At Flawless, we’re building filmmaking tools that serve the artist—not the algorithm. From visual translation to performance preservation, our suite of AI-powered products helps storytellers reach global audiences without compromising the creative integrity of their work.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to help us bring that mission to life through content. This role blends creativity and craft, strategy and execution. You’ll cut trailers, create social assets, and lead post-production on a range of marketing and brand efforts—from sizzle reels to keynote visuals. You’ll work closely with our marketing, studio, and product teams to make sure every frame not only looks beautiful, but also serves a clear narrative purpose.

If you’re a hands-on editor who loves film, understands pacing, and knows how to make complexity feel cinematic—we want to meet you.

Responsibilities:

    • Edit a wide variety of video content including social shorts, trailers, explainer videos, behind-the-scenes pieces, customer stories, and thought leadership content.
    • Own the post-production workflow from ingest through final delivery—editing, sound mixing, color correction, and finishing.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and studio teams to concept, storyboard, and refine creative direction.
    • Balance speed and polish, delivering quick-turn assets when needed without sacrificing quality.
    • Oversee external editors or motion designers as needed, providing clear direction and creative feedback.

Qualifications:

    • You have 5+ years of professional editing experience, ideally in film, tech, or agency environments.
    • You’re fluent in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Avid and DaVinci Resolve.
    • You’ve cut content for multiple channels—web, social, commercial, OOH—and know how to tailor pacing and visuals accordingly.
    • You’re comfortable working independently but enjoy collaboration and feedback loops.
    • You thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and respond quickly and efficiently to notes/feedback.
    • You have an instinct for visual storytelling and a strong editorial sense whilst grasping nuanced messaging.
    • You’re curious about how emerging technology can support creative workflows—and you care about making it accessible.
Interview Process:
We want to get to know your creative approach and how you collaborate with others. Our process includes:
Intro Call – a brief conversation with our recruiting team
Portfolio/Project Review – a walkthrough of 2–3 editing samples and your creative process
Team Interview – a deeper discussion with our Director of Marketing on your experience and working at Flawless

Why work at Flawless?
You will be working in an environment based on trust, autonomy and collaboration, and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing company in its most exciting stage of development. You can play a part in shaping the future of a company that’s caring, creative and collaborative.

In addition to this, you'll also receive:
- Autonomy
- A hybrid working environment
- Competitive Salary
- Stock Options
- Extensive Private Healthcare
