About the Global Growth Team

The Global Growth Team is dedicated to driving smarter, meaningful growth for the Havas Creative Network. Our role is to identify and unlock new opportunities, create greater connectivity across capabilities and markets, and win business more effectively.

Our work is typically organised into three core areas. First, prospecting involves defining and targeting key sectors from global to local markets, including organising events and outreach initiatives, particularly within the UK. Second, pitching encompasses managing and executing global or multi-discipline pitches, triaging briefs, and focusing on key markets and high-priority opportunities. Lastly, growth marketing covers content marketing and channel strategies aligned with Havas Creative Network’s growth priorities. This includes creating materials and initiatives tailored for consultants, prospects, procurement teams, the internal growth community, and producing essential marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, reels, and other key assets.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Senior New Business Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative Global Growth team at Havas Creative Network. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on organisation, loves working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly, and is passionate about helping win new business.

You’ll work closely with our Associate Directors of Global New Business, supporting everything from pitch logistics and RFI responses to prospecting materials and case study development. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure we deliver with speed, precision, and impact. From maintaining our case study library to coordinating pitch materials and supporting event-related prospecting efforts, you’ll be a trusted right hand to the Associate Directors, playing a central role in how we show up and win new business.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that sits at the heart of our growth operation, making sure we show up brilliantly, every time.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Pitch Support

  • Provide hands-on support to the Associate Directors on global new business opportunities, including pitches, RFIs, and chemistry meetings
  • Coordinate end-to-end pitch logistics, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are tightly managed
  • Manage the process for RFIs and case study requests, ensuring the new business machine runs smoothly, quickly and efficiently.
  • Work with local markets to gather pitch materials and ensure consistent use of brand assets and messaging
  • Assist in the triaging of briefs and support with presentation development, including collating and formatting content for credentials and proposals
  • Lead the maintenance of the global case study library, identifying, refreshing, and filing content to support the wider team
  • Manage creative network agency case studies, this includes managing the library of existing materials, working with the rest of the new business team (and local market agencies / new business leads) to identify new case studies, manage creation and storage
  • Work alongside the new business team to craft credentials decks for client meets and internal decks for leadership meetings, village collaboration meetings and ad hoc requests.

Growth Marketing & Prospecting Support

  • Collaborate on prospecting efforts by helping to build prospect lists, pull thought leadership content, and prepare outreach materials
  • Ensure content is packaged appropriately for both internal teams and external audiences
  • Monitor and track industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities, sharing learnings with the team to inform our strategy

Internal Coordination & Best Practice

  • Support internal communications and sharing of growth tools across markets
  • Help implement best practices across the pitch process, including templates, workflows, and documentation
  • Support the Marketing Manager planning around internal hubs and microsites, including keeping content up to date and relevant

Key areas of ownership

  • Be 100% aware of all new business opportunities, including briefs, credentials, chemistry meetings and RFIs, and help to push these forwards on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure that you have your finger on the pulse of new business externally, emerging trends, what is happening globally within and outside of Havas, keep reading and learnings so that we can constantly improve our process and way of working.
  • Ensuring that you support and push the teams to follow best practice and deliver on time.
  • Leading and managing the case study library and creation of best-in-class materials.

  • 3+ years' experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced marketing/business development environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and calm under pressure
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and a desire to support others
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing expectations professionally
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Passionate about creativity, marketing, and the business of new business
