The Influencer & PR Manager will be responsible for shaping and growing the community of creators, developing long-term strategies, overseeing influencer-led campaigns, and elevating the brand's presence across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include community leadership, campaign management, influencer productization, client campaigns, creator events, content & education, market insight, PR & brand awareness, PR hooks, and reporting & analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community management, and excellent project management abilities. They should be people-first, understand the evolving influencer landscape, be commercially savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Must have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing/PR/community management.

Are you a natural organiser with a flair for building relationships and driving innovative campaigns? We’re looking for an Influencer & PR Manager to join our fast-growing digital team.
You’ll take the reins on shaping and growing our community of creators—developing long-term strategies, overseeing influencer-led campaigns, and elevating our brand presence across multiple platforms. You’ll lead on Influencer & PR initiatives across our two flagship parenting brands, Emma’s Diary and BabyCentre, creating moments that generate buzz, backlinks, and brand love.

Roles and responsibilities 
  • Community leadership: Own and grow our network of creators, developing strategies to recruit, engage, and retain top influencer talent.
  • Campaign management: Take full ownership of creator-led campaigns, from concept through to execution and performance reporting.
  • Influencer productisation: Work closely with the Head of Channel Marketing and sales teams to shape scalable influencer offerings, including creative pitches and client proposals.
  • Client campaigns: Confidently oversee client-facing influencer projects, ensuring delivery excellence and creative impact.
  • Creator events: Design and deliver standout digital and in-person creator experiences—with monetisation strategies to match.
  • Content & education: Build support tools, toolkits, and training to help influencers thrive in our ecosystem.
  • Market insight: Stay on the pulse of influencer and social trends, delivering insights that shape future campaigns and innovations.
  • PR & brand awareness: Lead on high-impact PR activations, working with agencies and internal teams to drive press mentions, backlinks, and positive sentiment.
  • PR hooks: Collaborate with internal marketing, content, and social teams to amplify PR stories across owned channels.
  • Reporting & analysis: Own campaign performance tracking and reporting for both client and internal projects.

  • You bring 3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community management—ideally within a fast-paced agency or digital brand.
  • You’re an excellent project manager, comfortable juggling deadlines, clients, and creators.
  • You’re people-first—able to build genuine relationships with creators, clients, and colleagues alike.
  • You understand the evolving influencer landscape, with a core understanding of building communities within Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • You’re commercially savvy—able to contribute to monetisation strategy and pitch development.
  • You’re curious and creative, always looking for smarter ways to engage audiences.
  • You thrive in an environment where ideas move fast, collaboration is key, and results matter.
