Job Details

Fuse Games. A love of games and a love of making games.

We understand deeply how games are made from the simple starting point of a one-line idea, through concept, prototyping, pre-production to large scale, multi hundred-person development teams.

This understanding is underpinned by the huge value of building high performing teams. We work hard to lead, grow, develop and fuse our people together with a clear vision and aligned constraints that are guided by our shared values. Bringing energetic, creative collaboration with a sense of urgency is essential to everything that we do.

At Fuse it’s important for us all to create a space for everyone to feel safe and included so they can be responsibly open, generous and to be their best selves. We encourage curiosity to embrace diverse perspectives, being humble and leading by example.

An Exciting Opportunity:

We are looking for creative, collaborative and passionate people with a growth mindset to help us build amazing games. For us, software is key and we need talented folks who are happiest in engine exploring, ideating, sharing and with a sense of urgency.  The games industry is an ever-evolving fast moving one. So, we’d love to have people on board who aren’t afraid to adapt, grow their skills and push both themselves and how we make games at Fuse.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Producer, who loves games, to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns alongside our publishing and licensing partners, ensuring all assets and deliverables are aligned with our studio, brand, and game objectives. Acting as a key connection between internal teams and external partners, you will play a vital role in the delivery of impactful campaigns that bring our games to life for players worldwide whilst getting a deeper understanding of the studio side of game development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, production, and creative development, contributing to the success of major game launches working with a young, independent yet deeply experienced AAA development team on a brand-new title.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Co-ordinate the creation, approval, and delivery of marketing assets across multiple channels (digital, social, print, events). Ensure timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with Fuse studio teams, external creative partners, and publishers as they produce compelling marketing content, including trailers, digital assets, and social media content. Collate and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Fuse creative guidelines and game themes.
  • Campaign Coordination: Partner with our publisher to support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital advertising, social media, events, and influencer marketing. Ensure seamless asset delivery and integration across all channels.
  • Partner Relations: Manage communication with partners to ensure all marketing initiatives comply with any relevant licensing agreements. Coordinate approvals, legal requirements, and creative feedback.
  • Data Insights & Reporting: Work with our publisher to track campaign performance metrics, providing insights that inform future marketing strategies and optimisations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (creative, production, product, community) and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in co-ordination, production, marketing project management, or a related role within the gaming or entertainment industry. Experience working with studios, publishing partners or licensors is a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creative input with strategic objectives, ensuring marketing campaigns resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing relationships, providing constructive feedback to internal and external teams and wrangling multiple threads.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira), Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High-quality control standards with a strong understanding of licensing and publishing requirements.
Preferred Attributes
  • Passionate about games, game development and marketing, with a strong understanding of gaming trends and player engagement and a desire to be close the development teams within studio.
  • Collaborative values and someone who can work effectively across disciplines to drive seamless execution.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to navigate creative, logistical, and strategic challenges.
  • Proactive mindset, anticipating issues before they arise and finding efficient solutions. Desire to learn and grow crucial to further career development with game production.
What’s in it for you? Glad you asked!

We realise that it takes world-class people to make world-class games, so we offer competitive compensation packages and a culture that thrives off of creativity and individuality.

We know we’re making games differently now and understand that family is important, we offer flexible working hours and a hybrid culture that allows everyone to find the right work/life balance.

In addition, we want people to grow and expand their horizons so we promote a culture of learning and offer opportunities for people to learn new skills.
