The Shipping Clerk is responsible for Pick, Pack and Shipping materials to our Households to recover equipment and to unpack and scan in when the equipment is returned. The individual must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing production environment, the ability to access business needs and take quick action to resolve issues.
Primary Duties
Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary, with a proven track record of effectively handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Adhere to policy guidelines to determine acceptability of data conditions present in inputs and outputs of production system/process.
Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes.
Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the impact to area of responsibility.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
High School degree required; College Degree a plus
2 years’ experience in a production or related environment.
Experience using but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical aptitude preferred.
Ability to track multiple complex processes that are in various stages of production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
The availability to work weekends as needed
Must be able to stand 4-6 hours at a time.
