DESCRIPTION
As a paid Social Media Manager Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with our web3 and gaming audience. 

You will be responsible for managing paid and organic social media across various platforms, with a keen focus on the Web3 space and gaming trends. This internship is designed for someone enthusiastic about exploring the evolving landscape of gaming, digital marketing, and online communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in Web3 and gaming, to inform campaign strategies.
    • Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with industry trends.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok and emerging Web3 channels.
    • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and analytics.
    • Foster engagement within the gaming and Web3 communities.
    • Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the team, highlighting areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (marketing, communications, or a related field)
    • Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and trends in the gaming industry.
    • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
    • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
