Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, intuitive, proactive, and analytical Senior Analyst to coordinate and execute the creation and maintenance of documentation across the organization. This role will support process improvement initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency. The Senior Analyst will support the intake of work, collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), and ensure all HR policies, procedures, and records are accurate, current, and compliant with applicable laws and internal standards. The role involves evaluating existing HR processes, monitoring documentation metrics, and improving manager and associate knowledge through effective documentation and self-service.

  • Proficiency with document management systems, process mapping, and collaboration tools.

  • Experience supporting HR programs (compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent reviews, engagement) and partnering with HR COEs.
  • Project management experience, including managing multiple projects to completion.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, consulting, and collaboration skills.
  • Degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Workday.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Workday.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Evaluating existing HR processes and workflows across the globe and HR functions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor and report on documentation metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to the business.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input, feedback and insights to inform PI initiatives.
  • Improve manager and associate knowledge, self-service, and effectiveness by making information on HR policies and practices (i.e., benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, leaves, etc.) accurate and easy to find.
  • Collaborate with various COEs to support initiatives through effective documentation and self-service.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized HR documentation framework, including policies, SOPs, templates, and employee communications.
