Strategic Group Business Development Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves managing and monitoring Smilegate Group's business development activities, ensuring high visibility for management. Responsibilities include providing support to internal business development teams, reviewing major IP contracts, and reporting to leadership. The position also entails analyzing global market trends, collaborating with related organizations to identify and summarize market insights, and supporting the preparation of presentations for new game portfolio development meetings. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in business development, publishing, or strategic planning.
Must have:
- 12+ years experience
- 4+ years in business development/publishing/strategic planning
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Market research & data analysis expertise
- Understanding of the IT/gaming industry
Good to have:
- Game content understanding
- Data analysis & BI tool experience

자격요건
- 총 경력 12년 이상
- 사업개발/퍼블리싱/전략기획 관련 업무 중 하나 최소 4년 이상

- 논리적이고 구조적인 문서 작성 능력
- 전략적 사고 및 문제해결 능력
- 시장 조사 및 데이터 분석 역량
- IT/게임업계와 트렌드에 대한 이해
- 경영진 및 주요 의사결정권자와의 소통능력
우대사항
- 게임 콘텐츠에 대한 이해와 열정
- 데이터 분석 및 BI 도구 활용 경험
